Our Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation of Hotel Reservation

Attendees must handle hotel room cancellation directly with the hotel within their cancellation policy usually 48-72 hrs prior to check in (each hotel varies). Please make yourself aware of their policy when reserving a room.

Refund of Event Fees Paid to Harbor Scrapbooking

Cancellation, 31 or more days prior to event

  • Find a replacement to go in your place (must take your place at your table). Refund or credit minus $5 cancellation fee.
  • If unable to find a replacement, refund OR a credit minus $10 cancellation fee.

Cancellation, 30-8 days prior to event

  • Find a replacement to go in your place (must take your place at your table). Refund or credit minus $10.00 cancellation fee.
  • If unable to find a replacement, refund OR credit of $130 may be issued. Unfortunately, by 30 days prior to the event many nonrefundable fees have been paid out already.

Cancellation, 7 days – 2 days prior to event

  • Refund depends on venue policy. In some cases, no refund.

Cancellation, No shows or less than 24 hours’ notice

No REFUND. No CREDIT

Wait List

Where there is a wait list and an person is available to take your place, there will be a cancellation fee of at least $10.00-130 depending on the time frame in which you cancel.  We do the best we can to find a replacement and return as much money as possible at the time.
